Key Responsibilities
- Plan, budget, and oversee all aspects of projects based on client scope of work.
- Work closely with company leadership on the scope, direction, and strategic planning of each project.
- Manage project assets and systems, including dispatch, scheduling, work order completion, and data management.
- Supervise and coordinate assigned Superintendents, Foremen, and Field Service Technicians.
- Create and manage project documentation, including blueprints, reports, SOPs, checklists, and quality control measures to exceed client expectations.
- Provide accurate and timely communication to customers, field teams, and internal stakeholders, including maintaining daily work logs.
- Generate project quotes and ensure timely delivery of proposals.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Occasional travel is required.

- Minimum of 3 years of Commercial Construction Project Management experience (required).
- Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate across all levels.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a strong attention to detail and time management.
- Proficient with computer systems and cloud-based project management tools.
- A self-starter who works independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong critical thinking and "out-of-the-box" problem-solving skills.
- PMP Certification or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire (preferred but strongly prioritized).
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Schedule
- 8-hour shifts
- Monday through Friday (some weekend availability required)
