About the Role:

The Sales Manager at Subaru is responsible for driving regional sales growth by developing and executing effective sales strategies. This role focuses on increasing sales volume through leadership of outside sales teams and implementation of targeted sales plans. The Sales Manager will ensure the achievement of sales targets by motivating and training the sales force, fostering a high-performance culture. Ultimately, this position aims to maximize revenue and expand market share while maintaining strong customer relationships and team cohesion.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in regional sales management within the automotive industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies and plans.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and training sales teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
