Compensation:
$75,000 - $150,000+ commission based
Responsibilities:
- Meet with motivated buyers & sellers and guide them through the home buying or selling process
- Maintain regular follow-up to build relationships and keep your pipeline full
- Use our CRM systems and workflows to stay organized and maximize efficiency
- Deliver top-notch service that creates lifelong clients and endless referrals
- Host monthly open houses (we’ll supply the leads!)
- Attend our Academy Sales Training and weekly meetings to sharpen your edge
Qualifications:
- Must be a Licensed Real Estate Agent
- Available full-time and committed to your success
- Strong communicator and natural relationship-builder
- Tech-savvy, organized, and goal-oriented
- Positive attitude with a growth mindset
- Sales experience is a plus — but we’ll train the right person
