Our client is an established General Contractor and is seeking a Senior Estimator to join their team. The company specializes in Design-Build construction projects throughout the Bay Area.

Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Perform quantity takeoffs and prepare materials pricing</li>
<li>Prepare conceptual estimates</li>
<li>Contribute to value engineering studies</li>
<li>Collaborate with Project Managers, Architects and Engineer</li>
</ul>
 
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>You have 10+ years of Estimating experience with a minimum of 3 years focused specifically on commercial construction</li>
<li>You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field</li>
<li>Proficiency with estimating software, take-off software (On-Screen Takeoff), BIM and MS Office suite</li>
<li>Knowledge and understanding of construction drawings</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills and an ability work well in a team based environment</li>
