Therapist (Pre-Licensed and Licensed)

Position Overview:
We seek a compassionate Licensed Therapist to provide individual, family, and group therapy for clients facing mental health and substance use challenges. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, you will develop personalized treatment plans and deliver evidence-based interventions.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and create treatment plans
• Lead therapy sessions using proven approaches
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate documentation
• Participate in team meetings and crisis support
• Offer psycho-education to clients and families
• Ensure ethical and best practice adherence

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
• Licensed or pursuing licensure in Idaho (LCSW, LPC, LMFT)
• Minimum 2 years clinical experience
• Strong communication skills
• Knowledge of evidence-based models preferred
• Compassionate, ethical, team-oriented
