We are seeking reliable and skilled Ag Equipment Mechanics/Technicians to join a local team. This is a standing temp-to-hire position, and we are always open to interviewing qualified candidates

Job Duties:

• Assemble combines, planters, and other agricultural equipment.

• Disassemble and inspect equipment to ensure proper function and quality.

• Follow verbal instructions, visual guides, and prototype examples.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Ability to read, understand, and follow employee handbook guidelines.

• Capable of diagnosing equipment and performance issues.

• Knowledge of and adherence to Lock Out/Tag Out safety procedures.

• Flexible and versatile with changing job duties.

• Must have unimpaired hearing and vision for safety reasons.

• Physical strength required to perform job tasks.
