Scheduled details: 12hr Nights; 1900-0700 3x a week &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
EMERGENCY ROOM Experience with Psych is a must
Experience Requirements:&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Must have 1yr of exp in the Emergency Room and 1yr exp in Psych (Hospital preferred)</li>
<li>Must have experience with assessments to determine disposition for psych patients as well as experience working with violent patients. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
License/ Certification Requirements:&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>KS or Compact RN</li>
<li>BLS - AHA</li>
</ul>
Notes: This is a highly independent role where ED physicians rely on the THP’s psychiatric assessment and disposition plan after medical clearance. Strong psych nursing skills are essential, and more experience is required due to the ED setting&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
