Job DescriptionSalary:
We are an established primary care practice serving the DeLand and Orange City, Florida communities, with multiple office locations and a growing patient base. We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team and help deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across our locations.
What Youll Do
- Provide comprehensive primary care services across the lifespan
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions
- Perform routine and preventative health exams
- Develop individualized treatment plans and coordinate follow-up care
- Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic tests
- Educate patients on wellness, injury prevention, and long-term health
Schedule & Work-Life Balance
- Full-time, MondayFriday schedule
- Rotating on-call responsibility (no routine weekend clinic hours)
- Predictable daily workflow designed to support provider efficiency
What Were Looking For
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) in Florida
- Experience in primary care, family medicine, urgent care, or sports medicine preferred
- Strong clinical judgment with an emphasis on patient-centered care
- Interest or background in musculoskeletal or sports medicine is a plus
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
