Overview
Title: Receptionist
Industry: Business Office (we are a recruiting agency posting on behalf of a Tallahassee-based business)
Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour, based on experience
Location: Tallahassee, FL (on-site)
Hours: 8:00am - 6:00pm, Monday - Wednesday (no other working options will be considered)
Summary of Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associates of Arts degree preferred)
- At least 3 years of related experience in a professional services or office environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Located in the Tallahassee area and is OK with working 100% on-site
- Effective verbal and written communication ability
- Great interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize competing projects and assignments
- Highly organized and excellent attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Ability to dress in appropriate business attire
- Looking for longevity and stability in your next role
Duties
- Answer and manage all incoming phone calls
- Welcome clients and guests to the office in a professional and welcoming manner
- Handle standard clerical office duties such as scanning and making copies
- Assist with overseeing the daily schedule of runner duties and assignments
- Manage all incoming and outgoing mail, as well as client deliveries
