Contract CoordinatorJuno Beach, FlEstimated Duration: 9 Months

Responsibilities

  • Manage the deferral program contract administration process, including facilitation of new contract documents, new vendor enrollment, and overseeing guaranty caps.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with banking partners.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders in the development of deferral program forecast.
  • Perform quarterly guarantee reconciliation in coordination with Corporate Treasury.
  • Negotiate favorable terms and conditions for deferral programs, ensuring the company's best interests are protected.
  • Review and analyze financial data to assess the feasibility and effectiveness of deferral programs.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations on deferral program status, progress, and recommendations.
  • Monitor and track deferral program performance and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and developments related to deferral programs and recommend adjustments or enhancements as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of financial management principles and practices
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
