  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Maintain strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.


  • Currently licensed and State Farm experienced insurance producer with P&C and L&H licenses
  • Interested in marketing products and services based on customer needs
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
  • Ability to make presentations to potential customers
  • Ability to follow direction and execute office processes and procedures
  • Ability to explain complex financial issues in terms understandable for general public
  • Able to achieve mutually agreed upon sales goals
  • Ability to execute a detailed business plan
  • Bilingual a +


  • Hourly plus commission/bonus based on sales
