We are looking for Service Team Member (Liner) for our Downtown location.

As a Service Team Member, you are responsible for delivering food and superb customer service to our customers. You will greet and assist customers with questions and suggestions while taking food orders and ensuring customers are satisfied. You will prepare orders, bag, wrap, label, date, and store food items while following company food preparation standards. The Service Team Member must be respectful and professional and highly adaptable in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Taking the order from the customer
  • Order ticket prioritization
  • Station cleanliness
  • Menu knowledge
  • Guest interaction
  • Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients
  • Display professionalism
  • Point-of-sale system knowledge
  • Sense of urgency
  • Third-party delivery system knowledge
  • Be comfortable standing for entire shift and occasionally lifting items no heavier than 40lbs
  • Other assigned shop duties

Qualifications & Experience

  • Food service experience is preferred but not necessary
  • Great communication skills
  • Able to work well in a team environment
  • Attention to details
  • Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy
  • Ability to multitask
  • Ability to work shifts, over weekends, and on holidays, as required
  • Desire for continuous learning and professional development
  • Must have reliable means of transportation
  • Must be at least 15 years old
