Stohlman Sales Manager Job Responsibilities:

  • Recruiting, Training, and Developing a high-performance sales team through accountability management principles
  • Supervise the training development, discipline, and appraisal of sales consultants and other departmental employees.
  • Maintain and promote customer and owner satisfaction.
  • Review the forecasting of unit sales and gross profit.
  • Oversee management of new and used vehicle operations.

Stohlman Sales Manager Job Qualifications:

  • A genuine interest in providing an exceptional customer experience.
  • Friendly, enthusiastic, and reliable with a positive “team player” attitude.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Strong organizational and leadership qualities.
  • Ability to multi-task and juggle multiple tasks at once.
  • Automotive sales management experience: 1 year (Preferred)
  • DealerTrack experience preferred.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.

The prime candidate will have a proven and verifiable track record of:

  • High CSI and Sales Volume
  • Long term stability in your previous employment
  • Product Knowledge
  • Dealership operations experience
  • A love for being hands-on involved in the deal.
