About Us- United Motorsports Motorsports is one of the largest motorcycle dealer in Kentucky & Ohio & we have one of most experienced staffs in the region! We're fully equipped, with over 50,000 square feet of New & Used Motorcycle, ATV, side x side, UTV, dirt bike, scooter, PWC, generator Parts and Accessories.

We are an authorized dealer of quality brands, including: Kawasaki, Can-Am®, Polaris®, Honda®, Suzuki, KTM, Sea-Doo, Yamaha, Ducati, and Triumph.

Responsibilities: Approach, greet, and offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot. Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses. Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospects. Describe all optional equipment available for customer purchase. Build strong rapport with customers. Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new motorsports units. Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards. Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.

Requirements Previous dealership experience is a huge plus, but not required. Comfortable with compensation based on commission sales, Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday Outgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handling objections & negotiating pricing. JOB DESCRIPTION

Customer Service/Sales consultant who will use passion and experience to develop customer relationships. Using experience and knowledge you will help find the best vehicle and accessories to fit each customers off road out door needs.

JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Develop an understanding of off-road vehicles and snowmobiles by studying characteristics, capabilities, and features between models
  • Utilize sales process with every sales opportunity
  • Assist customers with product and services sold at the dealership through providing features, advantages and benefits
  • Ability to explain various characteristics, capabilities, features, accessory options, warranties, and financing options
  • Project positive and enthusiastic attitude to customers at all times
  • Assist in setting up showroom floor and outside lot
  • Correctly log names and numbers of customers encountered at the store on a daily basis
  • Close sales by overcoming objections; asking for the sale; negotiating price and completing sales purchase agreements
  • Continuous learning by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications, attend training sessions, etc.
  • Stay up-to-date on current sales programs and initiatives to encourage customers to purchase
  • Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years experience in retail sales preferred
  • Previous dealership sales experience a plus

PHYSICAL FACTORS/WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time
  • Must be able to work inside and outside in all weather conditions
