Position Summary

The Office Assistant provides essential support to the company's FSQA Compliance Officer to set up and coordinate safety programs for all operating companies.

Essential Functions and Basic Duties

  • Data entry
  • Email correspondence with operating facilities
  • Update online safety training
  • Ordering of supplies
  • Tracking information
  • Update spreadsheets
  • Filing
  • Other tasks as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate degree in Business, Marketing or Communications

Minimum Qualification Requirements

  • High School diploma
  • Proficient in the use of a computer, excel spreadsheets, word documents, and other required software.
  • Familiar with and ability to use general office equipment such as copy machines, scanners, fax machines, etc.

Working Conditions

Normal office conditions

Work Hours

Monday through Friday, some Saturdays. 8-5 hour a day

Must also be able to occasionally work irregular or longer hours as needed.
