Job Summary:
The Service Lane Porter at Classic Hyundai of Hampton is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the service lane area. This role is crucial in ensuring a positive and efficient experience for customers and supporting the overall operations of the dealership.

Compensation & Benefits:
This is a full-time, hourly position in the auto industry. The compensation and benefits package will be competitive and aligned with industry standards.

- Greet customers as they arrive in the service lane and direct them to the appropriate service advisor.
- Assist with parking and retrieving customer vehicles from the service lane.
- Ensure the service lane area is clean, free of debris, and well-organized.
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of trash in the designated area.
- Keep service lane supplies and equipment well-stocked and organized.
- Assist service advisors in retrieving and delivering customer vehicles as needed.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions and services offered by the dealership.
- Communicate effectively with customers to provide updates on the status of their vehicle.
- Escalate any customer concerns or complaints to the service manager.
- Follow all safety and security procedures to protect customers' vehicles and dealership property.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the service manager.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a customer service or automotive industry role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Basic knowledge of automotive terminology and services.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
