We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Real Estate SaaS Sales Executive to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of their SaaS platform to Real Estate professionals and contributing to the growth and success of the organization. RequirementsMinimum qualifications:

  • 3+ years of SaaS sales experience (full cycle from hunting to closing)
  • Excellent proficiency in cold calling (50+ calls per day) and handling objections
  • Proven successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills in English and Spanish
  • Strong knowledge of the Real Estate industry
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving startup environment
  • Team-player mindset with a willingness to collaborate
  • Proficiency in using CRM and sales software to track leads and opportunities (HubSpot)

Preferred qualifications:

  • 5+ years of full cycle sales experience in SaaS, Real Estate Software, Prop-tech
  • Experience selling to Real Estate agents and brokers
  • Title Account Executive experience is a plus
  • Blockchain, Web3, Crypto industry knowledge is a plus

Benefits

  • Employment type: full-time
  • Base compensation: $65,000 per year (negotiable depending on your location and skills)
  • OTE (on-target earnings): $80,000-$120,000 per year (negotiable depending on your location and skills)
