Purpose:

As a Marketing Manager, you will support the leadership team in driving the Edible Corporate and Franchise brand marketing strategy. Your role will have a direct impact on raising local and national brand awareness, as well as driving interest for franchising opportunities with Edible.

Location: This position will work onsite out of our home office in Sandy Springs, GA, with work from home flexibility on Fridays.

What that looks like day to day

  • Work cross functionally with the executive leadership, marketing team and Franchise Development team on multi-channel marketing strategies and roadmap
  • Develop and execute marketing initiatives, such as paid and owned channel strategies, blogs, PR content, as well as various marketing materials
  • Attend franchise trade shows to support the representation of Edible Brands Franchise Development team
  • Attend franchise development meetings to provide updates on franchise development marketing efforts and communicate brand updates with the marketing team
  • Manage internal and external relationships to identify and leverage strategic content opportunities, including PR and media placements for Edible Brands Franchising
  • Work hands on as a contributor, as well as partnering with outside agencies in the development of creative assets, messaging, and brand campaigns that effectively communicate Edible Brands' value proposition and resonate with target audiences.
  • Collaborate and communicate with internal stakeholders, including executives, department heads, and cross-functional teams, to ensure alignment with marketing, communications and brand strategies.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
  • Conduct market research, monitor competitive landscape and industry trends to stay ahead of market developments and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Effectively plan, prioritize, and execute multiple branding and communications initiatives simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
