Our 1500+ team members operate modern, high-tech washing, drying, and finishing equipment and work in a fast-paced and upbeat environment.

Hours - 8:00 - 4:30 M-F at our N Perry St. Johnstown, NY Location

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: handling customer queries and complaints in a timely manner
  • Service and Sales: Maintaining relationships with profitable customers.
  • Weekly and Monthly Sales and Service Reports and Surveys
  • Staying current on the latest industry trends and techniques
  • Assist Customers with: Order changes, Uniform Orders, Special Deliveries, Open Invoices and General Account Questions
  • Respond to Customer Emails and Online Inquiries.
  • Enters Customer Orders into the Order Management System.
  • Processes Daily Settlement, Works Daily Notes entered from RSR Handhelds, Communicates with RSRs, ISMs, RSM
  • Prints, Sorts, and Distributes Production Paperwork Daily.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Prior Customer Service Experience - Call Center / Sales / Marketing
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft, Outlook, Excel, Word, etc..
  • Written and verbal Communication skills
  • Problem-Solving
  • Negotiations
  • Patience, Compassion and Empathy
  • Time Management Skills
  • Readiness to Learn
