CORE DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

This is a commission-based, remote position that is ideal for the high-level business development professional who truly loves cold calling and phone sales. 

  • This position is 100% phone sales/appointment setting. Representative must activate leads provided by company and secure own leads and referrals. Over 50% of your leads will be cold calls
  • The main outcome of this role is to book Unleash The Power Within (UPW) sales/revenue through booking quality (qualified) field sales events. The Secondary outcome is referrals for Event sales and Product sales
  • To meet these outcomes the NC must work cohesively with their partnered Field Sales Representative (FSR) to schedule and run quality field sales events that lead to sales
  • NC's are also responsible for consistently Optimizing & Maximizing individual business practices (i.e. - Scripting, Customer Service, etc.)

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Admin associated with sales (i.e. - confirmation emails/texts, sending appropriate communications to clientele, generating referrals, etc.)
  • Must Attend weekly Team meetings, attend Field Sales Representative (FSR) Team sales training, abide by our teams Code of Conduct
  • Will Collaborate with Director of Sales and Marketing Strategist to improve sales funnel metrics and manage the sales funnel
  • Provide feedback to improve marketing efforts that increase lead generation and conversion
  • Work collaboratively and productively with your assigned FSR (daily/weekly) and other sales personnel
  • Will be required to execute Rapid Planning Method (RPM) for effective prioritization and time management

Our ideal candidate must be aggressive in generating results with key decision makers each day establishing networks of contacts to execute meetings introducing the Tony Robbins event platform to people and high-level professionals nationwide

In the NC role, you will proactively improve performance through coaching and feedback provided by management and report activity and results on a daily basis. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Candidates must have at least 1-year proven phone success in the B2B environment. A history of working with top level executives is preferred
