The Director of Nursing opportunity for us is not like any Director of Nursing role we have ever seen in our industry! We are looking for an experienced Director of Nursing for our innovative, state of the art Health Center. The right candidate will be a Licensed Registered Nurse, with 2-4 years' experience as a Director of Nursing in Long Term and or Skilled Care. You must have exceptional knowledge of the state and federal regulations with a proven positive history with state surveys. You will need to have an open mind and lead the charge to care for the whole resident and not just their diagnosis.
Our candidate will have a clear vision of what it takes to operate an extraordinary skilled care center. Job Requirements
- Registered Nurse
- 2-4 years' experience as a Director of Nursing in a Long Term Care or Skilled Care setting
- Proven survey history
- Exceptional knowledge of State and Federal Regulations
