Eastern Nassau law firm is seeking an Office Clerk to perform various administrative and clerical tasks. Must have clean driver’s license and the ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Duties include:
- Picking up and dropping mail at the local Post Office
- Scanning documents
- Processing mail
- Photocopying
- Filing
- Faxing
- Lifting heavy files
- General office duties.
Requirements:
- Computer knowledge—Microsoft Word, Excel, internet
- Must be detail oriented and able to multi-task
- Excellent communication skills
- Some phone experience a plus
