We're seeking an experienced Fleet Mechanic - Heavy Equipment Technician to join us full-time and keep our fleet of vehicles, trucks, and heavy machinery fully operational. We're offering our Fleet Mechanic - Heavy Equipment Technician a competitive salary of $50,000 - $80,000/year (based on mechanical experience) and a terrific benefits package that includes:

YOUR ROLE
As our Fleet Mechanic - Heavy Equipment Technician, duties will include, but aren't limited to:
- Inspecting fleet vehicles, trucks, and heavy machinery and troubleshooting issues with mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
- Completing accurate, safe, and high-quality repairs and routine maintenance services
- Accurately documenting the services you perform and the parts you use
- Collaborating with the operations team to support efficient workflows and minimize fleet downtime
- Complying with all quality standards, company expectations, and safety regulations
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
Fleet Mechanic - Heavy Equipment Technician Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience repairing and maintaining fleet vehicles or heavy equipment
- Valid and current Class A or B CDL
- Proactive problem-solving skills
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
