Manage and supervise 15 to 30 associates in the fast paced Food Service Operation. Responsible the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the operations of the Food Service area. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company policies and standards. Responsibilities may include: performing the duties, preparing fresh foods, interviewing and training associates; planning, assigning, and directing work; assist in appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining associates; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
SUPERVISORY SKILLS Commitment to customer service; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; willingness and desire to advance stores current position in the community through involvement in local activities; willingness to participate in training and team orientation and to work with the team to increase customer satisfaction and sales; flexible enough to manage multiple tasks; work effectively under pressure and with distractions; demonstrate patience when interacting with associates and customers.
EXPERIENCE LEVEL. 1 to 2 years year's related experience and/or training. Perfect for All Quick Serve, Fast Casual Restaurant Managers including Service Managers, Chef's, Kitchen Managers, Culinary Managers, Front of House, Back of House Managers, Supermarket Deli Fresh Food Managers, Convenience Store Food Managers, Fast Casual Restaurants like Panera or Star Bucks, Fast Food Managers.
