The Patient Access Registration Coordinator II, will work to help our patients and their families through the registration process by doing the following:

  • Registration of patients, verifying insurances, collection of co-payments and completion of applicable paperwork and documentation for Emergency Department patients.
  • Successfully learn to perform duties in all three functions of the Patient Access ED department such as front desk, triage, ambo, and floater roles

Work Location: Bethesda, MD

Full time 11pm - 7:30am

Nights, weekends required

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED is required, Associates Degree is preferred
  • Three years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
