The Retail Service Specialist is responsible for providing excellent customer service to everyone they encounter including all Goodwill team members, customers, and donors. This position is fast paced and very physical, so a successful candidate must be able to meet production goals and frequently, bend, lift, walk, stoop, push, pull, and stand for long periods of time and handle awkwardly shaped items with an average weight of 20 pounds and up to 50 pounds. You will be responsible for safely executing material handling including loading and unloading the truck, organizing material to be shipped to the warehouse, and stocking the store. The Retail Service Specialist may perform regular janitorial duties and maintenance as required.

The Retail Service Specialist position has a starting wage of **$13.30 per hour**. Goodwill drives a strong reliability culture, you will be scheduled as needed upon request from the Burlington store.
