Asst. Maintenance Technician - Hulen Bend

Churchill Residential, Evergreen at Hulen Bend, a Senior Living Community is looking for an Assistant Maintenance Technician. Assists and works with the Lead Maintenance Technician providing outrageouscustomer service every day in all aspects of operations including resident andstaff relations. Assists in maintaining building exteriors and commonareas which include picking up trash and maintaining cleanliness ofhallways. Responsible for completing make readies in a timely manner incompliance with company procedures and policies. Experience in painting,electrical, HVAC and plumbing preferred. At least one-year priorapartment maintenance experience required. EPA and CPO certificationpreferred. Must be able to meet the physical requirements listed in the jobdescription.
