Are you a people-person who excels at organization and administrative tasks but who doesn't want to be stuck in a quiet cubicle or front desk?
Alisa’s Dance Academy is seeking a professional, positive-minded, solution-oriented individual to manage our front desk and help keep the studio running efficiently in this growing studio and an ever-expanding industry.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to handling incoming calls and emails, liaising with students and clients, managing student appointments, scheduling and collecting payments, creating promotional materials, processing mailings, compiling daily and weekly reports, assisting the Studio Owner, and performing general office duties.
Must be able to work well in a busy environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Skills required: friendly demeanor, speed with computer and software usage, excellent written and oral communication skills, outstanding organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Publisher), social media skills, professionalism, initiative, and problem-solving ability.
