Both companies produced a complementary line of patented track monorails, underrunning and interlocking cranes, as well as stacker cranes, unit handling systems and aircraft maintenance systems.

Job Details

We are seeking a highly qualified Permanent Mechanical/Structural Engineer to join our dynamic team in the Engineering industry. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the field and possess a wide range of skills, including AutoCAD, SolidWorks, MS Office Suite, Cranes, Structural, Mechanical, Engineer, Welding, Shop Fabrication, Finite Element Analysis, and Communication. If you are passionate about designing, analyzing, and testing mechanical and structural systems, we want you on our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, analyze, and test mechanical and structural systems using AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Finite Element Analysis.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost estimates.
  • Collaborate with other engineers, project managers, and clients to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to evaluate existing structures and mechanical systems.
  • Prepare and review technical reports, drawings, and specifications.
  • Provide technical support to project teams and clients.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Perform welding and shop fabrication as needed.
  • Utilize cranes and other heavy equipment to move and install mechanical and structural components.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Structural Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanical and structural engineering.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and MS Office Suite.
  • Experience with Finite Element Analysis.
  • Knowledge of welding and shop fabrication.
  • Familiarity with cranes and other heavy equipment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
