Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Fort Stewart. This role involves providing behavioral support and oversight across three schools located on the military base. Candidates must be committed to excellence in clinical services and comfortable working in a school-based setting with military families.
This position offers both full-time and part-time options and includes a mix of billable and unbillable hours (up to 35/week). Due to the location, selected candidates will be required to obtain Department of Defense security clearance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality ABA services to students across three Fort Stewart schools
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Collaborate with school staff, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Supervise and support RBTs and behavior technicians as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to individualized student plans
Qualifications:
- Current BCBA certification in good standing
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
- Previous experience in school-based or pediatric ABA settings strongly preferred
- Ability to pass Department of Defense background/security clearance
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working on a military base and with military families

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
