Today, we provide care services to Medical Oncology and Hematology, Radiation Oncology, Rheumatology, and Urology patients. Duties Include:
- Ensures medical records are organized, accurate, complete, and safeguarded in compliance with HIPAA standards.
- Prepares patient charts and gathers required information and documents from patients.
- Creates digital copies of paperwork and files records electronically in the facilitys database.
- Processes medical records for patient admissions and discharges.
- Operates computer, scanner, fax, copier, and uses multiple medical software programs.
- Provides backup coverage for Reception and New Patient Coordinator as needed.

Preferred Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift
up
to 15 pounds at times.
