Position: Clinical Supervisor
Location: Mira Mesa (In-Person)
Employment Type: Full-time, Salaried (40 hours per week)
Compensation: $115,000 - $125,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:

Supervision & Leadership: Oversee and mentor a team of associates providing outpatient counseling in San Diego, CA, ensuring high standards of client care.

Direct Client Care: Maintain a personal caseload of clients through in-office and Telehealth sessions, providing high-quality clinical services.

Case Reviews & Documentation: Conduct weekly reviews of associate cases and progress notes, ensuring compliance with office policies and procedures.

Administrative Duties: Manage billing and scheduling for active patients using practice management software.

Regulatory Compliance: Maintain licensure, liability insurance, Clinical Supervision CEUs, and adhere to BBS law and ethics standards.

Professional Development: Foster a positive and supportive growth relationship with associates, mentoring and guiding young therapists in their clinical careers.

Collaboration & Teamwork: Work closely with clinical leadership to drive continuous improvement in service delivery and organizational growth.
Qualifications:

A minimum of two years post-licensure in California, with experience supervising associates in a counseling setting.

Experience working with couples and families is required.

Preferred experience working with military populations.

At least 2+ years of clinical supervisory experience post-licensure.

Strong leadership skills with a positive, growth-oriented mindset.

Passion for both supervising and maintaining a personal caseload.

Commitment to a long-term role within a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Holds and maintains Professional Liability insurance for both direct care and supervision.
