We are seeking a passionate and driven Leadership Development Associate to join our dynamic team. This position is ideal for a professional eager to support leadership training initiatives, facilitate strategic projects, and contribute to the long-term development of high-potential individuals. You will work closely with senior leaders to design, implement, and evaluate leadership programs across multiple departments.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in designing and implementing leadership development programs

  • Support talent and succession planning initiatives

  • Conduct research and analysis on leadership trends and best practices

  • Coordinate leadership workshops, seminars, and events

  • Collaborate with HR and department heads to align development goals

  • Monitor progress and gather feedback to improve program effectiveness

  • Prepare presentations, reports, and communication materials for internal use

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field

  • 1–3 years of experience in leadership development, training, or HR support

  • Strong project coordination and organizational skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint and Excel)

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

  • A passion for personal growth and leadership development
