We are seeking a passionate and driven Leadership Development Associate to join our dynamic team. This position is ideal for a professional eager to support leadership training initiatives, facilitate strategic projects, and contribute to the long-term development of high-potential individuals. You will work closely with senior leaders to design, implement, and evaluate leadership programs across multiple departments.
Responsibilities

Assist in designing and implementing leadership development programs

Collaborate with HR and department heads to align development goals

Qualifications
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field

1–3 years of experience in leadership development, training, or HR support

Strong project coordination and organizational skills

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
