We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join our team in Rolling Hills, California 2 days a week for 4 hours a day. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our growth by engaging with prospective clients and managing administrative tasks. The role requires a dynamic individual who can balance sales outreach with operational support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed enrollment targets.
• Build strong relationships with prospective students and partners to drive referrals and foster repeat business.
• Conduct outreach and collaborate with community organizations, schools, and businesses to expand our reach.
• Partner with the marketing team to design and execute targeted promotional campaigns.
• Research market trends to identify new opportunities for student engagement and program enrollment.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and interviews for staff and administrative purposes.
• Provide comprehensive administrative support, including assisting with special projects and routine tasks.
• Maintain organized records and ensure accurate documentation for enrollment and operational processes.
• Assist in managing day-to-day activities to ensure the smooth functioning of the office.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and ensure high-quality communication with stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Previous Sales Experience required - outreach/sales instincts
• Residency in the South Bay area with the ability to travel to the office at least twice a week.
• Reliable transportation to fulfill travel requirements.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently and effectively.
• Previous experience in sales, including inbound, outbound, or direct sales, is highly desirable.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
