You will lead a high-performing team of data engineers, analysts, and scientists to build out the analytics function from the ground up.
You will lead our Data Science organization working with diverse stakeholders to make data a central driver of company strategy.
Drive strategic projects like predictive modeling for patient outcomes, marketing mix modeling, and optimizing clinical workflows with data-driven insights.

Shape and execute strategies to help Midi hit its growth goals by unlocking actionable insights across patient acquisition, retention, and operational efficiency.
Build tools and frameworks to ensure we use data ethically and effectively to support better patient care.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (clinical, marketing, finance, and more) to embed analytics into every key decision Midi makes.
What you will need to succeed:
You have managed, hired, and mentored high-performing data science teams (5+ years in Dir level role).
Must have experience working with Growth/User Acquisition data- (Paid Advertising, Paid Social, DRTV, Podcast, etc)
Strong technical skills in SQL, Python, and advanced analytics platforms; familiarity with tools like Hadoop, Spark, and cloud solutions like AWS.
Proven track record of building analytics frameworks and prioritizing high-impact projects.
Experience in advanced analytics, including predictive modeling and machine learning.
Can translate complex data insights into actionable strategies for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where you’re encouraged to think big and solve tough challenges.
Worked with healthcare data systems like EHRs (AthenaHealth knowledge is a big plus).
The interview process will include:
Hiring Manager Screen (1 hr)
Final Team Interviews (4+ hours) 1-1 interviews with members of our leadership team.
