Investor Relations, Associate

Location:

San Francisco, CA (Presidio office; 1-3 days in-office depending on schedule)

Salary:

$110,000 - $140,000 (flexible depending on experience) + bonus

About the Company:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the investor relations mailbox, providing a high level of service to Limited Partners (LPs).
  • Maintain precise records in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Handle LP account maintenance, including transfers, overdue capital calls, and contact updates.
  • Assist with the preparation and distribution of materials for investors, such as quarterly letters.
  • Support the fundraising process by managing data rooms, distributing and processing subscription documents, and ensuring CRM accuracy.
  • Contribute to special projects and initiatives, including annual meetings, compliance, co-investments, and business development tasks.
  • Provide administrative support across all areas of the business, ensuring operations run smoothly.

Qualifications:

  • 1-5 years of relevant experience in investor relations, fund accounting, fund audit, executive assistant (EA) roles, or other client-facing positions, preferably with exposure to private capital investments.
  • Knowledge of private investment management, including private equity, private debt, or alternative investments, is strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Positive attitude with a desire to learn and grow in an entrepreneurial environment.
