Industrial Engineer What Will You Do?The Industrial Engineer will assist in maintaining all product costing systems, product routing systems, and process standards systems. The Industrial Engineering department will also maintain methods for product production and pay systems for people involved in product manufacturing and warehousing. This position will maintain the education methods and pay system for production and warehouse management and leads the efforts to improve them.What Do You Need?Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Technology, Manufacturing Engineering, or related Engineering field, or equivalent work experience, Required6 months in Industrial Engineering with experience in a manufacturing environment, PreferredExperience with incentive systems, cost justification, methods improvements and plant layout, PreferredAnalyze and optimize manufacturing processes; Proficient in analytics and data manipulation using Excel and other toolsExperience implementing Lean Six Sigma methodologies/principlesLead process improvement projectsWho We AreAt Ashley, we're more than a business...we're family.
