Account Executive, Season Sales

The Chicago Bulls are seeking a highly motivated, organized and dedicated individual to become a full-time Account Executive, Season Sales. You will be given the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and sell season tickets, partial plans, group packages, and premium/hospitality via phone calls, face-to-face appointments and events. We are seeking an individual who is passionate about sales and an excellent teammate willing to help wherever they are needed, including other departments within the organization.
Responsibilities:

As an Account Executive, a large part of your success will come by applying sales and service strategies, prospecting, networking, lead generation, referral gathering, data capture and database management. Additionally, it will be a priority to provide outstanding customer service to our dedicated and committed fans. More specifically, you are responsible for the following:

  • Meet and exceed department and individual sales goals for the organization
  • Consistently meet and surpass daily and weekly KPIs including, but not limited to, phone calls and face-to-face appointments
  • Regularly maintain a sales pipeline and funnel with the ability to work your lead lists and self-prospected leads in an effective manner
  • Game day and event responsibilities including hosting prospects to showcase available inventory
  • Participate in weekly and quarterly internal and external sales training programs
  • Build and maintain our CRM database with accurate records for current and prospective clients
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree with business focus or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sports sales or general business sales is preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software programs, as well as CRM and ticketing software; expertise in the Archtics Ticketing System is a plus
  • Positive attitude, high attention to detail, a strong work ethic and a desire to learn
  • Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to present ideas clearly and concisely
  • Initiative and dedication to challenge self and continually strive for improvement
  • Ability to function in a fast-paced environment and adhere to deadlines
  • Contribute positively to the team's culture by developing mutually beneficial working relationships with all team members
  • We offer a hybrid schedule offering workplace flexibility. Full-time remote work is not an option for this role and interested applicants should be currently located in or prepared to move to the Chicagoland area.
  • This role will require a flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings and weekends as required.

Compensation & Benefits:

The base salary range for this role is $40,000-45,000 annually and is commission eligible. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
