Major Accounts Sales Representative
DescriptionEPS is currently seeking a top performing Major Account Sales Representative to join our Kalamazoo Sales team. This person is responsible for monitoring key account customer satisfaction along with providing the customer a high degree of customer service.Duties include but not limited to:Calling on key accounts to generate sales of additional equipment and services.Generate recommendation of equipment and estimate of costs in written proposals.When necessary work as a liaison to support customer needs.Assist in managing timeline for installation of systems.Supervise training of customers in use and maintenance of the system.Promote a positive company image within the community. This includes attending vendor shows, professional association and training seminars to increase knowledge and establish new contacts.RequirementsQualified candidates will possess:Associate degree in Marketing or comparable experience.Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a Sales Consultant position. Analytical abilities utilized to develop proposals.Effective written and verbal communication skills required to interface with customers and co-workers.Organizational skills required to set goals and meet deadlines.Negotiation skills required to interface with customers and other departments.Knowledge and ability to work with Office programs along with strong computer skills.
