Compensation:
Hourly Rate: $30 - $35 per hour

Responsibilities:
As a Mobile General Skilled Technician, you'll be the go-to expert for maintaining business properties, ensuring they stay in top condition and helping clients avoid costly repairs. Operating from a fully equipped service vehicle, you'll handle general repairs, small service projects, and deliver inspection and maintenance programs. Your tasks will include troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing various appliances, equipment, and building elements (walls, windows, doors, etc.). You'll also support our trade-specific technicians with minor HVAC and plumbing services.
Key Duties:
Perform general repairs and small service projects
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with appliances and building elements
Conduct inspections and maintenance programs
Provide minor HVAC and plumbing support
Communicate with customers to confirm requests and ensure satisfaction
Adhere to safety procedures and building regulations
Skills and Expertise:
Proficient with power tools (drills, saws, etc.)
Ability to provide repair estimates
Strong safety practices

Experience:
Demonstrated experience in general repairs (painting, carpentry, plumbing) in the commercial market
Education:
Secondary school diploma or GED required
Preference for trade school education in building-related courses
Relevant training certifications are a plus
