As a Program Assistant your responsibilities will include:
- Monitor the monthly staff on call schedule and assist in scheduling if requested
- Assist nurses in ordering medication for participants from pharmacies according to state purchasing regulations
- Update and maintain a policies and procedure manual to assure that current and accurate information is available to staff
- Maintain CAT participant charts according to the CAT contract and any certifying bodies
- Greet people at CAT headquarters and answer telephone calls and triage and coordinate communication between the team and youth and family
Requirements
New Horizons will need you to have the following qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED; 2-year AA degree preferred
- One (1) year of office experience and/or training.
- Valid Florida Driver's License with 6 points or less in the last 5 years
