Description
Under guidance from senior staff, implement algorithms and interfaces in FPGAs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system requirements and specifications as they relate to assigned tasking.
Creating and maintaining design documentation and test plans.
Near term tasking may be related to RF systems for airborne applications, but you may be tasked on other applications as needed.
Skills
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Applicable knowledge of FPGA and SoC design entry using Verilog or VHDL.
Applicable knowledge of design flow for Xilinx and/or Intel FPGAs.
Applicable knowledge of simulation tools such as ModelSim/Questa, VCS, or Incisive.
Experience in delivery of advanced development hardware.
Capable of effectively working in a team environment, often under tight deadlines.
Experience in providing information for briefings and technical reviews (SRRs, PDRs, CDRs, TIMS).
Background should include a Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of applicable experience; Master’s degree. Equivalent experience will be considered.
Nice to have:
Active Secret or Top Secret security clearance.
Demonstrated experience in one or more of the following areas: radar systems, electronic warfare, microwave engineering, analog and digital signal processing, embedded software development, physics modeling and simulation.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $140,000.00 - $160,000.00.
