Right now, they are searching for an Administrative Assistant to help with the everyday tasks in the office. This is a hybrid opportunity.
This person will:
- Overall daily support of managing directors for scheduling and coordinating staff meetings or appointments
- Being a helpful and friendly face for any students, faculty or families visiting
- Organizing, managing, and keeping an office running
- Managing confidential information and systems
- Conducting communication both over the phone and email
This person must have:
- 1-3 years of experience in an office setting
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Professional and friendly communication skills
