CPA firm located in NW Austin - seeking an ambitious CPA with senior level qualifications and management experience.
-Must be self-motivated, tech savvy, professional, committed to quality, and a good communicator.
-Must be able to work well with others, and able to provide excellent, personalized client service.
-Must be able to prepare and present many services to clients – tax (business & individual), accounting, business counseling, special projects as assigned, tax planning, etc.
Qualified candidates must have:
-Master’s degree + CPA license in good standing - REQUIRED
-Minimum of 5 years of public accounting experience with a quality CPA firm
-Basic QBO and QBD experience
-Experience with Ultra Tax, File Cabinet, (TR Creative Solutions) software is a BONUS
-Federal and state tax preparation experience is required (individual & business)
-Excellent oral and written communication
-Integrity, with an ability to handle confidential information
-Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, organized
-Strong interpersonal skills w/ability to work independently & w/tax team
-Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment
-Positive attitude and ability to inspire/motivate others
-Experience in, or willingness to, effectively manage staff, clients, processes, situations
