**Job Summary:**
As the Daytime Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our detailing and maintenance services. This includes managing van and shop maintenance, handling inventory, and training new daytime detailers. In this hands-on role, you will ensure smooth operations, maintain high-quality service standards, and foster a positive work environment. Your schedule will primarily be during daytime hours, ensuring the team is fully supported and operations are running efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Operational Management: Supervise and oversee the daily operations of the mobile car care team, ensuring customer vehicles are cleaned, maintained, and serviced to the highest standards.
- **Van and Shop Maintenance:** Oversee the upkeep of our mobile service vans and physical shop space. Schedule and perform routine maintenance to keep all equipment in optimal condition.
- **Inventory Management:** Manage inventory of supplies, tools, and equipment required for detailing, oil changes, and brake services. Ensure timely reordering and proper stock levels.
- **Team Leadership and Training:** Train, mentor, and support new and existing daytime detailers, ensuring they follow company protocols, safety guidelines, and customer service standards.
- **Quality Control:** Conduct regular inspections of completed jobs to ensure that they meet company quality standards and customer expectations.
- **Customer Relations:** Address any customer concerns or inquiries during the daytime shift, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and timely resolution of issues.
- **Scheduling and Workflow:** Organize the team’s daily schedule and manage workflows to ensure services are completed efficiently and on time.
- **Health & Safety Compliance:** Enforce all health and safety regulations in the shop and on the road to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with upper management to align on operational goals and strategies for growth.

**Qualifications:**
- Prior experience in automotive detailing, maintenance, or fleet management preferred.
- Experience in a supervisory or management role is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of automotive services such as detailing, oil changes, and brake repairs.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with inventory management practices.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Ability to train, mentor, and motivate staff.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
