JOB PURPOSE:

This job role will include HR information system data entry, equipment management, asset management, and credential management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

•Process HR system transactions for hires, rehires, transfers, and data correction

•Maintain HR configuration setting

•Review HR transactions and enforce HR policie

•Analyze processes and determine possible procedural improvement

•Collaborate with IT resources to propose and deliver system improvement

•Process equipment for all partners (new hires, transfers, terminations)

•Create tickets for equipment

•Manage End User return receipt

•Create user accounts for all non-automated HIPAA system

•Deactivate user accounts for all non-automated HIPAA system

•Process broken and obsolete equipment

•Inventory Management

•Reporting Metrics

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:

•Demonstrates strong organization skills and written/oral communication

•Demonstrates strong computer skill

•Demonstrates basic knowledge of Microsoft Office program

•Able to manage and prioritize multiple assignment

•Able to work with minimal supervision

•Able to work well both independently and with other

Qualifications:

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:

Bachelors Degree from an accredited university in Information Technology or related field

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

A minimum of two (2) years experience working in IT-related field
