Essential Functions:

  • Create or modify electrical drawings based upon engineering specifications.
  • Create or modify schematics.
  • Prepare final models for delivery to the customer or to the production team.
  • Consult with assigned engineer regarding requests from production regarding clarifications or modifications to drawings based upon red marks.
  • Prepare final documentation of drawings as part of the project closeout.
  • Under direction of assigned engineer, verify completed work meets project specifications and quality standards.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience reading schematics.
  • Previous experience in applying UL508 standards to work
  • Computer literacy, including email.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Degree in Automation/Electrical Systems or related field
  • Previous experience with AutoCad Electrical and/or EPLAN
