Our client is seeking a talented and motivated Project Architect to join their team. This role involves working collaboratively on projects from initial programming and conceptual design through construction administration. The ideal candidate will contribute to the successful execution of projects while ensuring quality and compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Actively participate in all project phases, from programming and conceptual design to construction administration.
- Prepare and develop project construction documents.
- Communicate and coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors, owners, and team members.
- Document code reviews and ensure compliance with applicable codes and regulations.
- Review shop drawings, project submittals, and other materials for compliance with project documents.
Must Haves:
- Registered Architect.
- 5+ years of professional architectural experience.
- High energy, confidence, and goal-oriented mindset.
- Passion for creative design and problem-solving.
- Strong collaboration skills with team members both inside and outside the office.
- Proficiency in Revit Architecture, Microsoft Word & Excel, Bluebeam, and Sketchup.
- Commitment to career growth and contributing to the firm's development.

Location: Austin, Texas
Salary: $100,000 to $125,000
