Position: ISO Calibration Consultant

Job Description:
The ISO Calibration Consultant will play a key role in assisting our client in preparing for upcoming ISO 15189 and 17025 certifications for one of the nations leading biotechnology companies. The ideal candidate will have expertise in calibration and service within laboratory and/or manufacturing environments, act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in building budgets and preparing for ISO audits, and possess strong skills in procedural writing. This individual will also advise senior leadership, champion improvement initiatives, and manage NGS service support, ensuring that comprehensive training materials and instructions are developed and distributed effectively.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Technology, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- 4+ years of direct experience in technical support, field support, or engineering.
- 8+ years of experience leading initiatives and driving cross-functional consensus.
- Demonstrated understanding of clinical lab regulations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree (Masters or higher).
- Extensive experience working in a medical device field within a regulated environment (e.g., ISO 13485, FDA GMP, or USDA).
- Strong process and workflow development skills.
