GENERAL PURPOSE
Provides general oversight of day-to-day administrative operations. Prioritizes and resolves administrative and procedural issues and concerns. Maintains files, records, calendars. Arranges travel, coordinates meeting arrangements, and tracks expenses and other budgetary transactions. Provides initial contact and assistance to external constituents (e.g., community partners, corporate or institutional contacts, vendors) and Molloy community members to support and/or resolve routine and non-routine issues.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serves as the first point of contact for both internal and external constituents and resolves both routine and more complex issues with a fair amount of latitude.
- Prepares correspondence, maintains files and databases. Schedules and confirms appointments, shares documents and other materials. Assist in collecting and keeping track of all program-related materials
- Initiates, schedules and/or monitors the processing of budget transfers, payment authorizations, contracts, requisitions, supplies and room reservation and setup.
- Manage and process community work-study time sheets and update the budget.
- Assist in contacting organizations to establish community partnerships.
- Coordinate special events such as orientations, workshops and meetings.
REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3 to 5 years of work related experience
- Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)

SALARY INFORMATION
When determining the salary offer for a new employee, Molloy considers several key characteristics such as job knowledge, skills, and experience as well as internal and external equity. The hiring hourly rate for this position is $20.00 to $22.00. This hourly rate represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation at the time of posting.
